Accommodation

We have four spacious ensuite ground floor bedrooms (with showers) which have all been completely renovated since we bought the property; they are decorated and furnished to a very high standard which is confirmed in our grading. They have flat screen free view TV's with DVD players, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and clock/radio alarms in the rooms. Beach towels are available on request.

Room 1 can be made up as either a double, twin or treble, room 2 can be made up as a double or twin and rooms 3 and 4 are doubles.

	The rooms all over look the garden, perfect for observing the local birds; they are so tame they will take titbits from your hand out of the window! You may even spot the song thrushes nesting in our hedges.
	The guest conservatory is a comfortable, quiet area to relax and contemplate your day. We, personally, have WiFi which we are happy for our guests to access at no charge. There is a weak signal in the rooms but the best coverage can be found in the conservatory or dining room. You will need to bring your own lap top though.

Arrivals and Departures

Every effort will be made to have your room ready by 12 noon on your day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10.00 am on your day of departure. We are happy to hold luggage for guests arriving early or departing late however please note that we do not have a public toilet on the premises.
