We welcome children 10 years and older but regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs. Please accept our apologies for this.
Bookings
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your reservation is required to confirm your booking to reach us within seven days. Payment is accepted either by cheque or direct credit to our bank account, details of which will be on our letter to you. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
Holiday Insurance and Cancellation
As you will be booking an off-shore holiday we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation or delay due to weather or technical difficulties. Deposits are non refundable, whilst every effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation a charge of 90% of the total cost will be due if the accommodation is not re-let. If cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival the full cost will be due.
