We welcome children 10 years and older but regret that we do not take dogs.
From May to September our minimum booking is three nights unless it is last minute availability.
We are open all year with the exception of Christmas and New Year.
Bookings
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your reservation is required to confirm your booking to reach us within seven days. Payment is accepted either by cheque or direct credit to our bank account, details of which will be on our letter to you. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
Holiday Insurance and Cancellation
As you will be booking an off-shore holiday we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover for cancellation or delay due to weather or technical difficulties as well as unexpected illness that may cause you to have to cancel your planned trip. Deposits are non refundable, whilst every effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation a charge of 90% of the total cost will be due if the accommodation is not re-let. If cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival the full cost will be due. |
