Sylina is a friendly, family run guesthouse situated in a peaceful country location approximately 30 minutes walk from Hugh Town.  The island bus picks up at the end of our lane (May to September), the 09.20 bus is perfect to get you in to town in time for the 10.15 tripper boats if you don't fancy walking. There are also several good taxi services available if required.

We are close to beautiful beaches and wonderful coastal walks. As well as the amazing Bant's Carn Burial Chamber and Halangy Down Ancient Village and Innisidgen Burial Chambers. We have a garden and conservatory for your enjoyment where you can just sit and relax, read or enjoy a drink before dinner. 

We welcome children 10 years and older but regret that we do not take dogs (or any other pets).

Breakfast is served between 8.15-8.45am, an early breakfast can be arranged for guests departing on early flights. 

An optional home cooked evening meal is served three nights a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and seven nights a week from 22nd September 2008 to 28th March 2009.

Any special dietary requirements (i.e. vegetarian, ceoliac etc) must be stated when the deposit is paid.
